                                          Mexican Corn Bread
 
 
     1 c. corn meal                       1/2 c. cooking oil
     1/2 c. flour                            1 chopped onion
     1 tsp salt                                2 jalapeno peppers
     1 tsp soda                              1 c. cream-style corn
     2 eggs                              1/4 lb. grated cheese (mix in last)
    1 c. milk

  
    Grease skillet good.  Have skillet hot. Cook at 350 degrees  for 45 min.

    This is GREAT you will love it !
